Machida outpointed Hendo, made sure to stay away from that big right hand, and landed to the body of Hendo with kicks.
No surprise there.
I think this is the first official fight on the card.
Hopefully Kos-Diaz can be added.

So this happened. Tell me how I saw this coming though. (see UFC 133)
I guess this is an interesting match up. Vitor has the fastest hands in the UFC and KO power which will be something Jones has never seen before.

Hendo has a partial tear in his MCL.
The only person who would step in to fight Jones was Chael Sonnen. Jon Jones wouldn’t fight Chael Sonnen on 8 days notice.
Machida was already on his way to Brazil and wouldn’t make it back in 8 days.
Jon Jones vs Lyoto Machida 2 is now scheduled UFC 152 in Toronto, Canada September 22.
